Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from Florida high school and college students.
  • Respond to questions regarding Florida scholarships and grants.
  • Provide accurate and professional customer assistance.
  • Remain calm and courteous when handling stressed or upset callers.
  • Use computer systems and MS Office tools to access information, complete data entry, and document call outcomes.
  • Work onsite in Tallahassee, FL 32309 — Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (full-time, 40 hours/week).
  • Temporary assignment estimated at approximately 12 months (duration may change based on client needs).
  • Contract W-2 only — C2C is not available. No benefits, including PTO or paid holidays.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Experience in a professional work environment (about 2 years preferred).
  • Must have strong job tenure.
  • Comfortable using computers (about 2 years preferred).
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Ability to speak and understand English.
  • Only candidates lawfully authorized to work in the United States will be considered.
  • Must successfully complete a Level 2 background screening, including required fingerprinting and applicable state and federal criminal-record checks.
