Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify US IT staffing requirements.
  • Coordinate candidate submissions against open requirements.
  • Own discovery, negotiation, interviews, and placement close.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records in Zoho Recruit.

Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years proven US IT bench or recruitment sales.
  • Strong English communication and remote discipline.

Schedule & terms
