Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow enhancements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other business systems and applications using REST, SOAP, and related web services.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts and workflows to optimize business processes.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow instances.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT operations, security, business analysts) and participate in design and code reviews.
  • Work hybrid in Atlanta, GA (1–2 days onsite per week); candidate must be local.
  • Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (full-time, 8 hours/day).
  • Temporary assignment estimated at approximately 8 months.
  • Contract W-2 only — C2C is not available.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • ServiceNow Developer Certification (required).
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer focused on development and configuration (5+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform features, including modules, workflows, and scripting (5+ years).
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST, SOAP, and other web services (5+ years).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices (5+ years).
  • Strong JavaScript and troubleshooting skills.
  • Must be local to Atlanta, GA and able to work onsite 1–2 days per week.
  • Eligible for temporary W-2 employment — C2C is not available.
  • Only candidates lawfully authorized to work in the United States will be considered.
